Life's been exceptionally busy rght now, but just stopped by quickly to share this interesting men's jumper with you.
It's from Woolworths Economy Knits 23, circa early 1940s. I really like the interesting (almost arabesque) pattern design, don't you? Its a great compromise between an interesting pattern (for the knitter) and a masculine look (for the wearer).
Pattern size for a 38 inch chest, knitted using fingering weight yarn and 2.75mm & 3.25mm needles.

On an old post (http://subversivelesbiananarchicknitter.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/fo-1950s-ridge-stitch-beret-from.html) you made a comment about early photoshop. Which reminded me of an AWESOME post by David Malki! about that exact same thing. A highly entertaining read.
